Any late arrival will shorten the scheduled session. In the event a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, the client will be offered the option to use the maximum-time remaining time that day within their scheduled-time. Declining that offer is recorded as a “missed appointment” or “no-show”. Since that time was reserved, whether the remaining session-time is used or declined, the appointment will be charged as scheduled. Respecting our team, the Spa commits to paying therapists for “no-shows”.

Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of any one prepaid package session, voucher, gift card, or certificate credit; otherwise a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount will be incurred for any other appointment, with a minimum cancellation fee of $50. Future appointments booked may also require prepayment. Cannot be used on alternate dates.

To Secure the listed same-day appointment: Clients are required to call, schedule and prepay in order to hold the appointment. Exclusions & Limitations: Discount or offers applied to same-day-appointments cannot be used on previously scheduled appointments. Due to the time-sensitive nature of same-day appointments, specific-therapist requests cannot be guaranteed. These same-day appointments cannot be combined with MAW discounts, Gift of Wellness Cards, Groupon, GN voucher or any other discounts or sales. Same-day appointments must be booked over the phone to receive the $10 discount. Limit one discount per month, per person.
