I’ve been a licensed massage therapist in Florida for over 28 years. My youngest client was 3 days old and my oldest was 100 years! So you’re never too young or old to get a massage! After graduating from Humanities School of Massage (Cortiva), I served as a hospice volunteer, implementing their palliative massage program. I was also a therapeutic massage volunteer at Lykes Cancer Center, which was a very rewarding part of my career. At the beginning of my career I started out working for chiropractors in the area who primarily served patients who had been in auto accidents. I have been in a few car accidents myself and feel massage is a very important part of the healing process when injured. I specialize in deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, Swedish, lymphatic drainage, prenatal and relaxation massage.

I have a series of exercises prescribed to me by my physiotherapist which I haven't been doing as often as I should. Tammy's skills and techniques really have helped me to "get going" again. Tammy was very professional and personable! She provided an excellent deep tissue massage for some very tight, painful neck and upper back muscles and gave some great advice to help keep from being in pain on a daily basis. I signed up for the 5 massage package so I can continue working on my neck and back pain.
