Emma Kiara

I have studied Yoga Therapy for the past 8 years under the Amrit lineage. Over that time I have accumulated over 700 hours of study and certifications including Body Psychology, Integral Breathwork Therapy, Yoga Nidra Meditation and Meditation in Motion. The goal of my sessions is to help guide you into experiencing a deeply fulfilling life by releasing negative habits and patterns trapped in the body. My sessions are for you if you:

With a deeper understanding of the Self, we are set free! My modalities focus on the psychology of the body, and use both physical and mental exercises to release stuck energies in a therapeutic way. The teachings I have learned have enriched my life in so many ways, and it is an honor to be able to share that with my clients.
In my facilitations, I strive to create an environment in which you can slow down, go within and allow the innate wisdom of the body to become the dominant voice. Through the practice of Yoga Therapy you can learn to become the master of your mind and of your life. These practices have been transformational for me, and I offer the same to you!
